YOUR DATA
Privacy Policy
Last updated September 29, 2026
This policy explains how Spark Linky handles information when you visit the website or use the content studio.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication details, and workspace membership. We store the content you choose to add, including drafts, posts, uploaded files, voice recordings, writing examples, brand settings, and team feedback. If you connect LinkedIn, we receive the account information and permissions needed to publish and retrieve available performance data. We also receive billing status and transaction identifiers from our payment provider, along with service logs and basic device or usage data needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, generate and manage content, schedule publishing, report performance, provide team features, process subscriptions, send account and service emails, answer support requests, and detect misuse. Content you submit to an AI feature is sent to the model provider needed to fulfill that request. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes data
We use service providers for hosting, authentication and storage (including Supabase and Railway), transactional email (Resend), AI features, and payments (Dodo Payments when a paid plan is purchased). We share only the information needed for each service. Connected platforms such as LinkedIn handle data under their own policies when you authorize them.
Cookies and security
The studio uses essential cookies or similar browser storage to maintain your session and preferences. The marketing pages do not require an advertising cookie to work. We use access controls, encryption where supported, and provider security features to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and choices
We keep account and workspace information while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for security, billing records, dispute handling, or legal obligations. You can update profile information and disconnect LinkedIn in the studio. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. We will respond according to applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal or financial reasons.
International use and changes
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Privacy rights and transfer safeguards vary by location. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the new date here. For privacy questions or requests, email support@sparklinky.com. See also our Terms of Service.
