THE GROUND RULES
Terms of Service
Last updated September 29, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Spark Linky website and content studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Spark Linky for a team, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for that team.
1. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate account information, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.
2. Your content and AI tools
You keep ownership of the writing, media, and other material you provide. You give Spark Linky permission to host, process, and display that material only as needed to run the service and deliver the features you request. You are responsible for having the rights to material you upload and for reviewing generated content before using or publishing it.
AI suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate. Spark Linky does not guarantee originality, factual accuracy, reach, engagement, or any particular business result. Do not rely on generated content without your own review.
3. Connected services and publishing
If you connect LinkedIn or another service, its own terms and policies also apply. Spark Linky acts on the permissions you grant and the publishing actions you schedule. You can disconnect a connected account in the studio. You are responsible for the content you publish and for following the connected service's rules.
4. Plans and payments
Current prices, billing periods, seats, and usage allowances are shown before checkout. Paid plans renew for the billing period shown until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing controls in your account. A cancellation takes effect according to the checkout terms and applicable law; it does not erase charges already incurred. Taxes and any refund rights are determined by the checkout terms and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Spark Linky to violate law, infringe others' rights, send spam, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, and will provide notice when practical.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Spark Linky available, but features can change and the service may occasionally be interrupted. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the service or by email before they take effect where required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Ending use
You can stop using Spark Linky at any time and request account deletion. Before deleting a workspace with an active paid subscription, cancel the subscription in billing. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these Terms. Data handling after closure is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by law, Spark Linky is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. For questions about these Terms, email support@sparklinky.com.
